Why Roulet's Law Proof Nazis way to define a gang: "I think what we see in this region, we have these neighborhood crews. I don’t think we have these formalized gangs like you have, like Crips, Bloods, these real criminal gangs."
Baltimore County Police are still working to find out who is responsible for Tuesday's mass shooting.
One man died and 8 others were shot, inside a vehicle, while it was driving down Loch Raven Blvd.
Sources close to the investigation say the man who died, 26-year-old Charles Graham Jr, was a member of the Crips gang.

Last year, then-incoming Chief Robert McCollough sat down with Fox45.
We asked the Chief then if he believed there was a gang problem in the area.
There’s a way to define a gang. I think what we see in this region, we have these neighborhood crews. We have these kids who grew up together, they’re friends. “I don’t think we have these formalized gangs like you have, like Crips, Bloods, these real criminal gangs," said McCollough.
Graham's murder may be tied to the December 10th murder of 19-year-old Andrew Blessing.
Blessing was killed about a mile from the spot of the mass shooting, and the shooting happened just hours after Blessing's funeral.
Charging documents show Blessing was the target of an investigation involving an organized crime ring.
