Authorities in New Delhi implemented emergency measures Monday after air pollution levels soared to their worst this season.

Shreveport Police are investigating the year's 44th homicide in the city. Officers found a Shreveport woman shot and killed in the Highland neighborhood in the overnight hours of Sunday, November 17, 2024.

The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Kali Lynch-Roberts by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office.
