Judge holds Scranton landlord in contempt for abatement in apartment where tenant claims 2-year-old daughter got lead poisoning
SCRANTON â In a lawsuit by a mother claiming her 2-year-old daughter was poisoned from lead paint in their apartment at 961 Wheeler Ave., a judge on Tuesday sanctioned the landlord for contempt for failing to remove the toxic element.
