Doctors are included in an insurerâs network one year but not the next. Getting someone on the phone to help can be next to impossible. Coverage of care and prescriptions is often unceremoniously denied.
Cuyahoga County recently passed a new budget for 2025 with $25 million more in spending than revenues, which Councilman Dale Miller described as âlarger than normal and quite significant." The county's challenge going forward, he says, will be âto bring things into balance without impacting services."
