Homecoming for the Elite Tuskegee Party CARROLLTON, Ga. - Authorities have arrested the suspected gunman involved in a fatal shooting late last night at an off-campus apartment complex near the University of West Georgia. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of The Reserve Carrollton Apartments on Lovvorn Road.

Two people are dead and two are in critical condition as the result of a shooting a shooting outside of a restaurant across from the University of Louisiana Lafayette's campus, the Lafayette Police Department said. The shooting took place  following the homecoming football game on Saturday night.
