KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Sunday.

According to KCPD, officers were sent to Research Medical Center around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 24 after a man with gunshot wounds was brought in.

The victim ultimately died, and it’s unclear what led up to the shooting.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded Kansas City with a $6.4 million grant allowing the City to tackle lead hazards in roughly 170 homes.
