KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Sunday.

According to KCPD, officers were sent to Research Medical Center around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 24 after a man with gunshot wounds was brought in.

The victim ultimately died, and it’s unclear what led up to the shooting.

The shooting is believed to have happened at 63rd Street and Manchester Avenue. Detectives are canvassing the area for evidence, talking to witnesses and asking for any information that could lead to an arrest.
